Equipment Stolen from Humboldt State Student Radio Station: Inside Job?

A bunch of equipment totaling thousands of dollars has been stolen from Humboldt State University’s student-run radio station KRFH in recent weeks. A key code is required to enter the studio, so early signs point to the thievery being an inside job. Among the items that have been swiped: three 27-inch iMacs, two CD players and a live-mixing board. Police are on the case.

Bigger picture question to consider: How do you effectively monitor equipment and access within student media facilities?
